Return Policy
When Exceptions Apply
We will issue a replacement or full refund if your order:
- Arrives damaged during shipping
- Is defective due to a production or material fault
- Contains an error made by Sticky Frog — such as incorrect colors, wrong item, or a misprint that differs from the approved proof
Proof Approval Process
Every order includes a digital proof review before production begins. The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof — including design, spelling, placement, colors, and sizing. Any changes must be requested and approved prior to production. Once you have approved the proof, Sticky Frog is not liable for errors that were present and visible in that approved proof.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
